Voice-Led Yoga
Voice-Led Yoga by Vorden Initiative is a guided yoga experience taught entirely through audio instruction—no visuals, just the power of voice and embodiment. Open to both blind and sighted participants, this class explores how yoga can be taught and practiced without relying on vision.
Whether you're a yoga instructor seeking to better support blind students or a practitioner curious about deepening body awareness through listening alone, this session invites you to discover the depth and accessibility of voice-led movement
Stay after class to walk over to a nearby cafe. Let's mingle, share reflections, and connect with fellow participants.

Come trot alongside us on Sunday, May 18th at 8:00 AM in San Francisco as we raise awareness for The Vorden Initiative and celebrate better blind allyship. Whether you run, walk, or wag your tail, everyone’s welcome.
